History
Terrence Wall grew up in greater Madison having moved to the state with his family as a young child. He attended both public and private schools and started his entrepreneurial career by selling and delivering newspapers at age 11. He worked all through high school (at a sporting goods store), and once personal computers came out, he started his own computer consulting business that helped him pay his way through college (combined with receiving a small entrepreneurial scholarship). While attending the UW-Madison, Wall started his own real estate brokerage business that later evolved into a development company. His very first project involved acquiring a 48-unit apartment complex out of foreclosure with 100% financing, and with the help of a friend, scrubbed, painted, repaired and otherwise improved the property using their own "sweat equity" to turn the property into a performing asset.
