Development Team

	Kevin Page is Vice President of Acquisitions for T. Wall Properties and a member of the executive management team. Mr. Page has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry. As Vice President of Acquisitions, Mr. Page is responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisitions in new and existing markets. He is also involved in equity finance and investor relations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Page was employed from 2001 to 2005 by International Airport Centers, LLC, a private real estate investment company focusing on airport-proximate industrial development. Mr. Page was part of the leasing and development group and focused on leasing, feasibility analysis, entitlements, and market research for industrial properties at all the major airports in the U.S. Mr. Page received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2000 and is a licensed real estate agent.
	Andrew Inman, P.E. is a Vice President of Development, responsible for overseeing the successful planning, engineering and entitlement of T. Wall Properties’ new developments. The current development portfolio includes plans for high quality mixed use urban villages, urban infill development and vibrant residential neighborhoods. Mr. Inman is a Registered Professional Engineer with approximately 20 years of experience in the environmental and land development industries in the Upper Midwest. He earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990. Mr. Inman previously managed offices for several planning and engineering consulting firms and served on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies-Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers. He is the author of published articles including the Maintenance of Quality in Engineering Projects. Mr. Inman currently serves on the Board of Directors and is actively involved in several community and professional organizations.
	Jeffrey Lee is the Director of Development Operations for T. Wall Properties and member of the executive management team. He is responsible for corporate acquisition due diligence and pre-development activities including land acquisition and planning and procurement of municipal entitlements. Mr. Lee has worked in the real estate industry since 1993. Prior to joining T. Wall Properties in 2001, Mr. Lee was employed by Lend Lease Real Estate Investment’s Chicago office, an international real estate investment company, where he was responsible for debt and equity acquisition analysis for a $3 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Mr. Lee was a Senior Associate with the real estate consulting division of Ernst & Young. Mr. Lee attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned degrees in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment, and Banking.
	Jeff Staffeldt, Senior Analyst, has been with T. Wall Properties since 2006. Mr. Staffeldt is responsible for cash-flow modeling and overseeing the due diligence process for the acquisition of operating properties in Dane County and other markets. Mr. Staffeldt also supports the Development group by providing feasibility analysis and market research for development projects. Mr. Staffeldt graduated with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
	Erin Ketterhagen is a Real Estate Analyst with T. Wall Properties. She graduated with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Ketterhagen began as a development intern with T. Wall Properties in 2007 and joined the Development team full-time in 2008. She is responsible for performing analysis and due diligence activities for potential development and acquisition opportunities, focusing on projects in Verona, Fitchburg, and Madison , Wisconsin.
