Andrew Inman, P.E. is a Vice President of Development, responsible for overseeing the successful planning, engineering and entitlement of T. Wall Properties' new developments. The current development portfolio includes plans for high quality mixed use urban villages, urban infill development and vibrant residential neighborhoods. Mr. Inman is a Registered Professional Engineer with approximately 20 years of experience in the environmental and land development industries in the Upper Midwest. He earned his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990. Mr. Inman previously managed offices for several planning and engineering consulting firms and served on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies-Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers. He is the author of published articles including the Maintenance of Quality in Engineering Projects. Mr. Inman currently serves on the Board of Directors and is actively involved in several community and professional organizations.
Jeffrey A. Lee,is Director of Development Operations. He is responsible for the oversight of day‐to‐day operations of the Development Department and the management and coordination of the Department's employees. The Development Department is responsible for implementing the development process for over 1,250 acres of land including land acquisition, land planning and procurement of municipal entitlements as well as corporate acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Lee has worked in the real estate industry since 1993. Prior to joining T. Wall Properties in 2001, Mr. Lee was employed by Lend Lease Real Estate Investment's Chicago office, an international real estate investment company, where he was responsible for debt and equity acquisition analysis for a $3 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Mr. Lee was a Senior Associate with the real estate consulting division of Ernst & Young. Mr. Lee attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned degrees in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment, and Banking.
Steven M. Murphyacts as Real Estate Analyst. He maintains a wide array of responsibilities within the department which include assessing market trends across multiple real estate sectors, evaluating the financial feasibility of current and prospective properties, and securing entitlements for future projects. Mr. Murphy joined the Development Team after successfully completing an internship with T. Wall Properties in spring of 2011 while attending the University of Wisconsin School of Business, where he received a B.B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Economics.
