Construction Team

	Scott Tebon leads the Construction Management department for T. Wall Properties. He is responsible for overseeing construction and facilities-related activities for the firm with a focus on building shell and national tenant construction projects within the company. Mr. Tebon has overseen the construction of over 1.6 million square feet of space and $125 million of construction activity with T. Wall Properties and directed build-outs for over 175 customers. Mr. Tebon is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin and the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin, amongst other organizations. Mr. Tebon has worked in the construction industry since 1994.
	Kent Swenson is a Project Manager for T. Wall Properties. He is responsible for the construction build-out of leased space and assisting on new construction projects. Mr. Swenson brings to the team nearly 20 years experience in manufacturing management, quality assurance, and facility management. Since joining T. Wall Properties in 2006, Mr. Swenson has been responsible for managing over $1.4 million of projects encompassing over 70,000 square feet of space.
	Alex Rexrode, E.I.T. is a Project Manager for T. Wall Properties.  His responsibilities include overseeing the construction of leased space, assisting with new construction projects and providing support to the Property Management and Development teams. Mr. Rexrode obtained a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a M.S. in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Through academic achievement and his affiliation with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Mr. Rexrode was recognized as ASCE’s Outstanding Senior Civil Engineering Student of the Year and was a recipient of ASCE’s National Student Leadership Award.  Mr. Rexrode continues to mentor students through a construction project management course at UW-Madison and is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin.  He has been with T. Wall Properties since 2007.
	Brian Karch is the Designer for T. Wall Properties. He is responsible for all in-house interior space planning, site design, development plans, renderings and design review. Mr. Karch is able to produce complete construction plans for build-outs. He has been with T. Wall Properties since early 2004. Mr. Karch has a degree in CADD and has a number of certificates and training in SketchUp and Revit.
