The West End
The West End is the newest T. Wall Urban Village. This mixed-use development is located in a fast-growing suburb of Madison. The site will include retail, dining, hotel, office, residential, as well as public recreation and civic uses.
The West End will create a pedestrian-friendly environment and "micro-spaces" for local residents to interact. In the heart of the development will be a village park with an attractive public square, a public gathering area, green spaces, a band shell, and a variety of recreational activities. Visitors will be able to enjoy each component of The West End by walking on a connective sidewalk system, instead of driving from one part of the project to another, as is typical in many suburban developments. The West End will also include connections to both the Military Ridge Recreational Trail and bike paths on West Verona Avenue, offering residents access to the area's outstanding regional trail system.
