T. Wall Properties, headquartered in Middleton, recently acquired control of over 700 acres of land surrounding the "back nine" of the Bishops Bay golf course. The community will be a completely new way of developing neighborhoods and will include six unique residential areas, a town center, and considerable open space. The plan is being designed by T. Wall Properties in partnership with SWA, an award-winning master planner based in Laguna Beach, California, and Vierbicher Associates, a planning and engineering firm from Madison.
