Randy Guenther is the President, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Managers for T. Wall Properties. Mr. Guenther has been with the company since 2006 and is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day to day operations and financial activities of the company including leasing, property management, acquisitions, development, finance, accounting and capital planning. Mr. Guenther also participates in the strategic planning and structuring of the company and executes the initiatives set by the CEO and the Board of Managers. In addition to his role at the Company, Mr. Guenther also holds positions with several affiliated companies including DaneVest LLC, DaneVest Capital LLC, DaneVest Tech Fund, and The Wisconsin Foundation.
Mr. Guenther has worked in the real estate and accounting fields since 1997 and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Business School. Mr. Guenther has experience in the management and finance of a variety of real estate property classes including office, industrial, multi-family, single family, assisted living, land development, hospitality and time share resorts. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Guenther was employed by Zilber Ltd. (a Milwaukee, WI based national real estate development and management company). He was also employed with Arthur Andersen in Milwaukee, WI as an auditor working in numerous industries including real estate. |

Mick Conrad is the Chief Legal Officer of T. Wall Properties and a member of the executive management team. He is responsible for corporate and real estate matters. Mr. Conrad has over 20 years of legal experience in real estate and land development. He received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1987, and his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado in 1996. Mr. Conrad completed the Real Estate Certificate Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. He is the author of several published articles on land development. |
