Executive Management Team

Randy Guenther is the President and Chief Financial Officer for T. Wall Properties. Mr. Guenther has been with the company since 2006 and is currently responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day to day operations and financial activities of the company including leasing, property management, acquisitions, development, finance, accounting and capital planning. Mr. Guenther also participates in the strategic planning and structuring of the company and executes the initiatives set by the Board of Managers.   Prior to joining T. Wall Properties, Mr. Guenther held various financial management and operations positions with Zilber Ltd. in Milwaukee, WI where he was nationally involved in single family development, commercial asset management, timeshare resorts, hospitality and assisted care facilities. Previous to Zilber Ltd, Mr. Guenther worked for Arthur Andersen in public accounting as an auditor. He has also participated in the formation and operation of Broker-Dealer operations, non-profit foundations and private equity investment funds.   Mr. Guenther earned a B.B.A. degree in accounting from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Wisconsin's James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and is involved in several local charities. Leon Wilkosz is the Vice President for T. Wall Properties. Mr. Wilkosz has spent his career developing operational procedures for companies of all sizes as well as working in business planning, business mentoring and refining businesses' process implementation and capital efficiency. Mr. Wilkosz developed his management expertise over a 20-year career with United Parcel Service where his experience focused on the management of operations, employee relations, customer service, engineering and facilities management. Mr. Wilkosz serves as an advisor or board member to several local companies in the Madison area. Prior to joining T. Wall Properties, Leon Wilkosz was President and owner of Resource Consulting LLC. Mr. Wilkosz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and holds a Real Estate broker license.

Shana Feuling Weber is the General Counsel of T. Wall Properties, a member of the executive management team and is responsible for corporate and real estate legal matters. Ms. Weber earned a B.B.A. degree with highest distinction in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2002, and earned a J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2005.  Prior to joining T. Wall Properties, Ms. Weber practiced commercial real estate and business law at the Madison office of Reinhart, Boerner Van Deuren.  Ms. Weber is a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School and an instructor of continuing education for the Wisconsin Realtors Association.  She is a co-author of the Wisconsin State Bar publication, Commercial Real Estate Transactions in Wisconsin, and a contributor to the State-By-State Guide to Commercial Real Estate Leases.
