Brett Riemen, CCIM, SIOR is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with T. Wall Properties and is responsible for the leasing and sales of existing properties and the pre-leasing of facilities that are online to be developed. He has been working in commercial real estate since 1996 and has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member "CCIM" and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors "SIOR" programs. The CCIM and SIOR members are among the elite commercial brokers and less than 3% of all brokers hold both designations. Mr. Riemen serves on the board of the Commercial Brokers Group of Wisconsin and is a member of the Lions Club.
Teresa Bell is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with T. Wall Properties and is responsible for leasing existing properties as well as properties that are to be developed. She has been in sales since 1997 in the high-tech and communications industries. Ms. Bell served as a Real Estate Analyst with T. Wall Properties for two years where she was responsible for strategic real estate market research and analysis of potential development and acquisition opportunities. Ms. Bell has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member "CCIM" training; is the President of the Mad-City Ski Team, an active member in the Middleton Optimists Club and Middleton Chamber of Commerce; and is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Madison 14 and CIVITAS programs. Ms. Bell received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005.
Benjamin Hurd is a Commercial Real Estate Broker with T. Wall Properties specializing in the sale and leasing of office and flex buildings as well as properties that are to be developed. Prior to moving back to Madison in 2008, Mr. Hurd worked in Washington DC for Equity Office as Vice President of National Leasing where he focused on the expansion of large national clients. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Hurd still holds his real estate license in Virginia and Maryland.
Lisa White is responsible for management and direction of general marketing activities including the creation of sales materials, internal and external corporate communications, organization of corporate events and brand positioning. Mrs. White supports the Sales and Leasing team of T. Wall Properties by administering the marketing database, tracking leads, producing sales reports and tour preparations. Mrs. White is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has over 15 years experience in the graphic design and marketing industry.
