Property Management Team

	Paula Accettura is a Property Manager for the T. Wall Properties portfolio. She is responsible for the overall daily management of buildings which includes contractor relations, lease administration and operating expense control. Ms. Accettura also assists in directing building maintenance to ensure that T. Wall Properties' customers are fully satisfied with their office suite and building environment. Ms. Accettura has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the area of property management. Ms. Accettura is a licensed Realtor in the state of Wisconsin.
	Kevin Rouby is a Property Manager for the T. Wall Properties portfolio. He is responsible for the overall operational management of assigned properties including customer relations, lease administration, contracting services, expense control and financial reporting. Mr. Rouby is a licensed Realtor in the State of Wisconsin with over 23 years of experience in both commercial and residential property management and is currently working to achieve his CCIM designation.
	Sheri Rose is a Property Manager within the T. Wall Properties portfolio. She is responsible for the overall operational management of assigned properties. Ms. Rose works to ensure exceptional customer service and to preserve and increase the value of the properties. Ms. Rose has an Architectural diploma from Madison Area Technical College, a Bachelor degree in Business Management and Communications from Concordia University, and is a Certified Facilities Manager. Ms. Rose served as Vice President, President, and Past President of the Madison Chapter of the International Facility Management Association and remains active in the organization.
	Diane Wells is an Administrative Assistant for the Property Management team at T. Wall Properties. In addition to providing support to the property managers and external customers, Ms. Wells oversees security card distribution, parking leases and other special projects. Ms. Wells has many years of experience in administration and property management. She is an active volunteer for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
