Finance & Accounting Team

	Amanda Umhoefer is the Accounting Manager for T. Wall Properties. She is responsible for preparing the account reconciliations, financial statements and supplemental reports for the company and its related entities. Ms. Umhoefer works closely with the Controller on completing company audits, tax returns, lender reporting and special projects. In addition, Ms. Umhoefer is the department coordinator for the Property Management Department. Prior to joining the company, Amanda worked in public accounting, health insurance and non-profit industries.
	Alissa Hagen is an Accounting Manager for T. Wall Properties. Ms. Hagen is responsible for preparing financial statements and tax returns for various entities as well as assisting with special projects. She earned a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and has obtained her CPA license. Prior to joining T. Wall Properties, Ms. Hagen worked in the manufacturing industry and in public accounting doing audits and tax work in the real estate area.
	Wendy Warren is the Accounting Assistant at T. Wall Properties where she oversees both accounts payable and accounts receivable. Ms. Warren has almost 40 years of experience in the Accounting field. In 2001, prior to joining the staff at T. Wall Properties, Wendy was employed at a technology firm in Illinois where she was responsible for billing and payroll for over 175 employees.
