T. Wall Properties Announces the Addition of
Andrew Inman, Vice President - Development

March 25, 2008, Middleton, WI—

T. Wall Properties announces Andrew Inman has joined as a Vice President of Development.  Mr. Inman will have primary responsibilities for T. Wall Properties’ new developments in Middleton, WI including Tribeca Village, Greenway Center, and Creekside Marketplace. 

Mr. Inman is a Registered Professional Engineer and is an 18 year veteran in the land development industry.  He is a resident of Middleton and is involved in the Middleton Optimist Club (Board of Directors and Past President), Middleton Cub Scout Pack 240, and other professional and community organizations.  He was previously the Manager of the Madison Office of Vierbicher Associates and served on the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies-Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers. 

T. Wall Properties currently owns 2.5 million square feet of space and over 750 acres of land making the company one of the largest developers in Wisconsin.  The company has created and developed some of Madison’s most prominent master-planned business communities including City Center West, High Crossing Environ and The Center for Industry & Commerce.   The company is a privately held partnership with over 200 individuals, most of whom are residents of Wisconsin.  T. Wall Properties also recently acquired its first large institutional investor in 2007 with a $110 million investment.
